1: To avoid disappointment, please make an appointment in advance.
2: Please arrive 15 minutes prior your appointment to ensure your experience is not rushed and you have ample time before beginning your sessions.
3: Kindly refrain from having any massage services when you are under some severe medical conditions, pregnant or under recovery periods from any recent injuries. Please feel free to let our front desks guide you to the most suitable services catered for you.
4: BALI THAI FAMILY SPA & WELLNESS is non-smoking area and consumption of food & alcohol beverages are prohibited. Kindly keep noise levels to minimum to reserve a peaceful and tranquil ambience.
5: BALI THAI FAMILY SPA & WELLNESS’s services are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behaviour toward our therapists will not be tolerated, the services will be automatically discontinued and full payment will be charged regardless.
6: BALI THAI FAMILY SPA & WELLNESS reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who is in breach of our rules and regulations or whose conduct is offensive to other users/ guests/ employees.

Last treatment’s reservation is 1 hour before the closing time.
